Highlights
Can you believe we had TWO holes-in-one. Unbelievable. Mel Pace and Harold Rice both aced #4 and will split the $300 hole-in-one pot. Congratulations!! Ray Bolo hit it to 1 Inch on #11. That means the next tournament at Links o’ Tryon will now cost $26 with one dollar going to the new hole-in-one pot. There were a lot of low scores. Bob Pearce bettered his handicap by 11 strokes.

Hickory Knob Trip
On July 29th and 30th (Tuesday, Wednesday) we will play two one day tournaments in McCormick, SC at Hickory Knob, an outstanding SC State Park Course. Guests, wives, members of the other senior golf associations are welcome to join us (golfers and non-golfers). We will stay at the hotel in the park. The total cost is $115 which includes hotel room (double occupancy), two rounds with cart, prizes, full buffet breakfast. The park is less than two hours from Greenville. You can view the park on the discover south carolina web site. You must make your own reservations by calling 1-800-491-1764 X268. The cost of the room is $65 and includes one round of golf and a full buffet breakfast. Deadline for room reservations is June 30th. Tell them you are with the FSGA. Send $50 to me for the second round of golf and prizes for both rounds. Call or email me if you need a roomate or when you make reservations.
