Special Events

I would like some feedback on holding special events such as the Santee Trip. I would expect we would get more members to sign up (24 going to Santee) when the price is so reasonable. Should I continue to put these trips together? If so, where would you like to go? Do we want to go to a tourist area like Charleston so we can bring our wives? Should we make the outing one day longer and travel further to venues like the Robert Trent Golf Trail in Alabama? Your ideas are welcome.

Tournament Procedures Alert

I would appreciate entry fees sent before the tournament. Too many members are calling or emailing and asking to be entered after the deadline. The deadline is always the Monday of tournament week. If you call by Monday and want to play, I would ask you to drop a check in the mail. Collecting enry fees on tournament day has become too much of a problem. I will refund or credit you for your entry fee if you contact me up to the day before the tournament. The number of entries determines the prize money and it is important to have an accurate count. Your cooperation is appreciated.
