Highlights
There were some low scores in the 4th flight (Cliff Meigs, Morris Lee) despite tough conditions. Tom Solomon shot five under his handicap (78) and Ed Legette had a 79. Larry (Spanky) Sellars came back from knee replacement surgery to come in 3rd in the 2nd flight. I can only surmise that Spanky spent a lot of his rehab practicing his putting and chipping, something that will ensure lower scores.
Closest to Pin/Longest Drive
Bill McBride on #4; Jim Bryan on #7; Donnie Ashley on #10; Doug Lueck on #14. Long drive from the white tees – Jan Gunter; Long drive from the gold tees – Dan Gardziola.

Tournament Sites
After playing Boscobel, I have decided not to include it on our playing list for next year. I believe it is especially difficult for us and playing it in winter conditions increases the difficulty. I may consider putting it back into the mix but only during the summer or early fall. Larry Korth, one of our members, took the time to email me with his feedback on Boscobel as a tournament site. I appreciate any and all feedback on course selection, tournament management, etc.
